Yes. Our wall-mounted consoles use hidden brackets rated for 100kg+ load capacity, safely supporting even 85 inch TVs and full AV setups. Our trained installation team mounts everything into concrete or brick walls. All wall mounting is included in our free installation service.

Do you provide free delivery and installation in Ipoh and Penang?

Yes — free delivery and installation is included across Ipoh (Lahat, Tasek, PHL), Kampar, Teluk Intan, Sitiawan, and Penang (Bukit Tengah, Bukit Mertajam). Our in-house team handles everything including wall mounting and cable routing. We do not sub-contract installation.

What materials are used and will they last in Malaysia's humid climate?

All our TV cabinets use E1-grade melamine board with PUR edge-banding. The sealed edges prevent moisture from penetrating so boards won't warp, swell, or peel near air-con vents. Premium models use kiln-dried solid wood frames. Soft-close hardware is rated for 50,000+ cycles. Factory warranty included.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard in-stock models are delivered and installed within 3-7 working days. Custom orders require 2-4 weeks production time at our Lahat factory. All 9 showrooms are open daily 10 AM to 8 PM.
